Passionfruit farmer Mitchell East is flipping the script on food waste, giving unsellable fruit a second chance. 

Mitchell East and partner Jennifer Riseley manage 1200 passionfruit vines under their business ‘Willarra Gold’, on the 380ha family farm in the Southern Forests region.

They are proud of their high quality, delicious and nutritious produce and are committed to improving the property’s natural capital and sustainability.
